Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information
